About Me
Iām Elise, a Social Worker with a passion for supporting people through life's challenges with compassion, authenticity, and evidence-based care. I believe that everyone deserves to feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change in their lives.
Over several years, I have worked in both Social Work and Specialist Support Coordination, supporting people with complex needs across mental health, disability, trauma, alcohol and other drugs, and family support. This experience has allowed me to work alongside individuals and families facing a wide range of challenges, helping them navigate services, build capacity, and achieve meaningful outcomes.
As the founder of ES Social Work, my focus is on providing personalised, practical, and compassionate support tailored to each person's unique circumstances. I work with adults, young people, and families across a broad range of concerns and have a particular interest in supporting pregnancy, the postnatal period, and young families, alongside individuals living with disability and complex psychosocial needs.
My approach is collaborative, person-centred, and strengths-based. I value genuine relationships and strive to create a safe, supportive environment where people feel comfortable exploring challenges, building resilience, and working towards the life they want.
Empowering individuals and families through compassionate, evidence-based care and genuine human connection.
